Metal Finishing

Our paint facility is equipped with a 20'x50'x14’ paint booth which can accommodate very large machines or fabricated structures. We also use a modern powder coating operation with a 13'x18'X9’ oven. Surface preparation is accomplished in the large 14’x42’x16’ grit blast room, by hand, glass bead blasting, or pressure washing, depending on your requirements.

Our painters are skilled in the application of coating systems ranging from two-part epoxies to standard shop coat primers to powder coatings. To protect the environment, HVLP and electrostatic paint equipment and solvent recycling are used.

Many of our customers require special finishes. We routinely polish stainless steel to a roughness average of three or less needed in pharmaceutical manufacturing, galvanize steel to protect it from rusting, anodize aluminum for durable attractive finish, and passivate stainless steel, to mention a few of the special finish services customers require. Our skilled people, using specialized equipment, assure a durable finish, pleasing to the eye and in the exact color you specify.
