Machinist / Welder,
Welds parts related to machine shop work. Sets up and operates conventional and special purpose machines to fabricate or repair metallic and nonmetallic parts.

Journeyman Fabricator Steel or Stainless,
Plans, lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs metal parts, assemblies, equipment, and products using welding process including MIG, TIG and Stick.

Apprentice Fabricator Steel or Stainless,
Assists in fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing metal parts, assemblies, equipment, and products using welding process including MIG, TIG and Stick.

CNC Equipment Set-up/Operator (Plasma & Water Jet),
Operates computer to draw and lay out graphic display of parts to be cut in optimum arrangement (nest) and generates computer files for numerical-control cutting machine(s) and then operates CNC plasma or water jet to cut parts.

Press Brake Set-up/Operator,
Sets up and operates heavy duty power press to bend metal plates, metal extrusions, formed sheet metal, structural shapes, and weldments.

Metal Finisher/Polisher,
Removes excess metal and surface defects from such items as mechanical parts and assemblies, tubs, industrial cans, formed sheet metal, tubular frames, and tanks. Finishes metal to prescribed level of finish by using polishing, passivation, and blasting. Welds assemblies in various metals.

Electrical/Mechanical Technician,
Performs preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical and electronic devices, machine control panels, tools, welders, compressors, machine tools and general equipment such as would be found in a metal fabrication and production facility.

Maintenance Helper/Janitor,
Performs general cleaning duties within Main Plant Building #1, Paint Shop Building #2, the White House Offices and Manufacturing Building #4. In season responsible for mowing grass, trimming shrubs and policing sidewalks and other areas for ice and snow accumulation, maintain appearance of vehicle fleet inside and out.

Vehicle Mechanic,
Repairs, overhauls, inspects and maintains all of Shickel Corporation's automotive vehicles. Maintains operable conditions for company trucks, tractors trailers, forklifts, service welders and air compressors.

Plans, lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs metal parts, assemblies, equipment, and products involved in General Services Repair.

Journeyman Millwright/Welder,
Welds metal components together with brazing and variety of arc and gas welding equipment to fabricate, or repair products such as machine parts, plant equipment, mobile homes, motors, conveyers, piping and generators.

Apprentice Millwright/Welder,
Assists Millwright and Field Service Lead Person in welding metal components together with brazing and variety of arc and gas welding equipment to fabricate, or repair products such as machine parts, plant equipment, motors, conveyors, and generators.

Field Services Lead Person,
Leads Field Service crews and performs when necessary welding metal components together with brazing and variety of arc and gas welding equipment to fabricate, or repair products such as machine parts, plant equipment, mobile homes, motors, conveyers, piping and generators by performing these duties on location.

Commercial Painter,
Sprays surfaces of machines, manufactured products or structural steel, protective or decorative material with polyurethane, epoxy, or enamel primers and paints.

Assistant Commercial Painter,
Assists Commercial Painter in the preparation and spray painting of surfaces of materials or products and in the absence of, or at the direction of Commercial Painter sprays surfaces of machines, manufactured products or structured steel, protective or decorative material with polyurethane, epoxy, or enamel primers and paints.
